SHIPPING

Please reach out to me if you have a time senstive order such as a gift purchase or change of address! I will do my best to accommodate your request, however, I cannot always guarantee delivery by a certain date if not purchased 1-2 months in advance
Please allow up to approx. 1-2 weeks for items (excluding prints & preorders) to be processed and shipped~
Prints often take the longest as I outsource the highest quality giclée & I place print orders every few weeks (most prints are also hand embellished!)
Commissions approximately 8 weeks to be completed and shipped depending order of purchase & workload (this does not include additional shipping time)
International orders tracked international mail is typically around $15-$19 first class while stamped (tiny mail) is $3
Prints and paintings are carefully packaged by me in flat mailers and a sleeve with backing board for support (I have switched to all compostable sleeves made from plants!)
Tiny mail (such as stickers, polaroid prints, postcards, magnets, etc.) will be shipped in a small, stamped environmentally friendly kraft envelope~ also ship internationally. Stamped mail cannot be tracked!

WATERCOLOR CARE
All watercolor paintings must be cared for properly to guarantee a long life for your delicate painting, whether it be a pet portrait or a dreamy original piece.
Watercolors are best framed under glass to prevent environmental damage (especially moisture!)
Please keep out of direct sunlight (opposite a window or in full sunlight most of the day) as this will cause fading of colors and brittle, drying out of the paper. Fluorescent light explosure can also have the same effects.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and non-refundable
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and provide your full name, order number, and a photo of the damage in order for me to ensure a replacement.
Once a package is sent, it is out of my control. However if your order seems to be delayed or lost, you may contact me once it's been two weeks following a domestic shipping confirmation email~ four weeks international. I will do my best to resolve the situation!
If you do not receive an item yet your package reads as delivered, please contact your local post office.
